In order to solve the problem of modern plant products of large tonnage vertical transportation , and at the same time to make better application in the market, our company developed a load of 10 tons of freight elevator. The large tonnage freight elevator in the domestic elevator industry does not see more, in order to facilitate the application, we take the design of 4:1 suspension , thus, we could use 5 tons traction machine as common in the market without the need for special development, due to the use of hanging 4:1 suspension design, can greatly reduce the power of the motor, reducing the using cost. Because the car is larger, we adopted the design of 6 main rail of the car, chassis frame using channel steel welding formation, its middle also using auxiliary welding to be strengthen, and its surface adopts thickened checkered plate and laying copper guiding shoe, to ensure that the car has enough stiffness in operation, suitable for factory use manual, motor forklift to go in and out of the car for loading and unloading cargo. Design system using variable frequency control, to ensure the smooth operation of the elevator.

Safety Protection

Overload protection: Overload buzzer alerts when car load exceeds the permissble upper load limit.In such a case, the elevator will display "Overload" and refuse to start up. 

Drive overheating: Elevator will automatically enter into a protection state where motor temperature is higher than the per-defined value due to the excessively high temperate or operation induced heat in machine room. 

Elevator will park at the nearest point, open the door for safe evacuation of passengers,and turn off the lamps and fans inside the car, after the temperature returns to normal level, the elevator will resume normal operation. 

Terminal floor protection: If the running speed of elevator fails to reach the predetermined value when it arrives at terminal floor, the system will perform deceleration forcibly so as to assure the operation safety of elevator.

Car top inspection:Elevator car top is furnished with inspection box for more efficient inspection and maintenance. 

Intercom: Maintain verbal communication with machine room and monitoring center through intercom arramged at car operation pannel,top, and bottom under special circumstances. 

Fault self-diagnosis: When detecting control loop anomaly automatically, the control system will automatically stop  elevator to assure passenger's personal safety.ect.
